A Zero Waste Challenge for the Brave
I don’t have a lot of time today to write, and there’s a four month old on my lap at the moment. I’m leaning back so he doesn’t fall over and typing, all the while chatting with my four year old. I pray for coherence.
I need though to write this, because my dear bloggy friend Mrs. Green is taking on a Zero Waste Challenge and deserves a shout-out and some kudos for her efforts. In fact, she has a great site dedicated to her challenge and I wanted to share this article, which had me riveted and in stitches (sorry Mrs. Green, I know it wasn’t funny at the time . . . ) Folks, this lady is determined to “put her dustbin on a diet” as she puts it. I have to say, I’m not brave enough for a zero waste challenge (yet!), but her site is full of great ideas and information.

Awww, bless you for a lovely mention - thank you! I’m glad it made you laugh; as I keep writing, maintaining a great sense of humour over all of this is vital!

Mrs. Green, you deserve a mention at least. I admire what you’re doing!
