Alright, let’s consider this an impromptu poll.  A few weeks ago we had visitors here for a week, and as inevitably happens with children they needed to do some laundry.  No problem, mi casa, etc etc.  As my sister-in-law was sorting her clothes, she asked very kindly if anyone else had “warms” they needed washed since she didn’t have a full load.

I might have had warms, in fact I probably did have warms in desparate need of a good soak. I likely always have warms to wash, I mean don’t we all?  Wait a sec though, just what is a “warm”? I grasp the concept of “Lights” and “darks” , but there’s “warms” too?!?  When it comes to laundry, if it’s not red then it’s safe to put with my whites.  In fact, if it’s anything I’ve washed a few times, red or no, I’ll throw it all in together. Okay okay, if I have a lot to wash (and I always have a lot), I really just fill up the washer with whatever I can grab.  Yes, I wash whites and non-whites *gasp*.  I endeavour to remember to pull out the reds and most of the time wash them with jeans or towels.  The pink socks and undies in my husband’s drawer are NOT my fault I tell ya!  But…and here’s the question -am I a complete laundry boob?!?  What other laundry categories am I missing out on? I do so love lists and dotting “i”s and all that.  Maybe this can be my new hobby?
