Go Plant Something
I could say “enough said”, but then you wouldn’t know why I think this. Yes, it’s great for the environment, and makes your space more beautiful. There’s more! Planting and being outside not only counts as physical activity, it’s also stress relief and lets you be with your thoughts even with small children around. In the end, you’re left with something beautiful you can feel proud of.
Cheers and happy planting!

You’re so right and guess what? Today I planted 15 runner bean plants, 8 dwarf beans and 6 tomato plants. Just the courgettes to go, but it was way too hot here today - 28 degrees, which is not my type of weather ‘*at all*
I’m so glad you’re enjoying your little space in the world

Wow Mrs. Green, sounds like you’ve been a busy lady!
But just think of all the tasties you’ll be eating in no time. 28 degrees is rather warm - it’s been hotter than “you know where” here lately too.
I’m just crossing my fingers that everything survives. Last year the deer invaded my veggie garden and nothing survived.

deer? oh my; that’s something we don’t have. Slugs in abundance and children who are reckless, but no deer.
I hope everything turns out fine and of course, with your new found skills, I’m expecting a picture!

Mrs. Green
Yes, living in a small town we have all sorts of wildlife - as I’ve mentioned before this is the time of year we have to be careful on our walks and use our noses a little more. You never know what tree a little skunk might be hiding behind. . .
