A Little Something I’ve Learned About Blogging
I promise you I am still here! In my absence there are a few things I’ve learned about life, and blogging.
1. Summer is not a good time to blog. In fact, summer is so much busier than winter I can scarcely keep up! There’s soccer, and weeding and preserving food for winter, and painting and walking. Thank goodness for popsicles and ice cream or else summer wouldn’t be nearly as much fun!
2. It’s really discouraging not to get any feedback! I love comments, I live for comments. Okay, so it would make my day to know I’m not alone. Again life mirrors this perfectly. I love to be reassured I’m not alone. So - drop me a line!!
Cheers.

Hiya (((HUGS))) I have so been thinking about you and feeling terribly guilty for not keeping in touch.
I can list my excuses, but I’m not going to, because this will now take me about a minute to write, so how can there be any valid excuse?
Anyway, I’m wishing you well and hoping your summer is wonderful. We’ve had NO summer - rain for weeks and weeks and it’s about 16 degrees outside.
What are you preserving? All my stuff is turning into giants in the garden as I’m not having time to harvest it.
I feel like I’m chasing my own tail at the moment ,but know that by mid Sept all will have calmed down again.
Great to see you posting again; and you are NOT alone - you’re in my thoughts, even if I don’t write to you.

Mrs. Green! I’m so glad to hear from you!
I’ve been thinking about you too, and well no excuses either on my part…
I’ve been a naughty blogger this summer, but such is life at this time. Thing will inevitably settle here too
We’re canning any and everything…from our share of a farm co-op. This weekend was tomatoes - sauce and salsa - and we picked blueberries and made jam. Next week - peaches and pickles.
More soon!!
